Frux Garden & Planting Soil 40 L is intended for new garden planting and for improving existing soil. The visible front of the bag identifies it as a soil improver suitable for all garden soils.
Its humus and nutrient blend supports soil structure and newly planted vegetation. Natural clay acts as a reservoir for moisture and nutrients, helping to moderate changes around the root zone. Actual watering and feeding must still be adjusted to the plant, site and weather.
For new planting, combine the product evenly with loosened excavated soil, position the root ball, backfill and firm gently. Water thoroughly afterwards. For broad-area soil improvement, follow the application rate on the reverse of the bag, as no reliable rate per square metre is visible in the photograph.

After incorporating the soil or completing planting, water thoroughly with about 5–10 litres per m², or until the root zone is evenly moist. Water thereafter according to need: in spring and summer, check the top 3–5 cm with a finger test or moisture meter and water when it begins to dry; inspect and water much less often in autumn and winter. Excess water must drain freely because waterlogging damages plant roots.
The soil itself has no light requirement. It can be used in sunny, partially shaded or shaded garden areas, provided the chosen plant is suited to the available light.
Intended for outdoor garden beds, planted areas and new planting. Before using it in containers, check the complete manufacturer instructions and always provide unobstructed drainage holes.
Apply preferably when the ground is frost-free and workable. Store opened bags in a cool, dry place protected from direct sun and saturation; observe the separate temperature requirements of the plants being grown.

Dig a hole wider than the root ball and loosen the base. Blend the product evenly with the excavated soil, set the plant at its previous depth, backfill, firm gently and water thoroughly; do not bury the stem base or root collar more deeply than appropriate for the plant.
Plant spacing is determined by the selected species and its mature spread, not by the soil product. As a recommendation, follow the spacing on the plant label and leave enough room for air movement and maintenance.
The product does not flower. Blooming season and performance depend on the chosen plant, available light, moisture management and appropriate nutrient supply.
Pruning does not apply to this product. During planting, remove only damaged or dead plant material with clean tools and base any further pruning on the needs of the particular species.
When repotting, remove some loose old mix, trim damaged roots cleanly and move the plant into a moderately larger container. Use this garden soil as container media only if the instructions on the back of the bag permit it, then water thoroughly.
Before winter, water newly planted vegetation deeply when needed, provided the soil is frost-free and not already wet. Seal opened bags and store them dry; the soil itself needs no winter protection, although the chosen plant may require it.
Hardiness zones do not apply to a soil product. Winter hardiness depends entirely on the chosen plant; incorporate the product or plant only when the soil is frost-free and workable.
A packaged soil improver intended for one-time incorporation or use during planting. Once applied, it becomes part of the garden soil, where its organic components change gradually over time.

Not intended for consumption. Avoid creating or inhaling dust, wash hands after use and keep the product away from small children and pets; if material enters the eyes, rinse carefully with clean water.
Saturated soil, blocked drainage or compaction can contribute to root rot and weak growth. If the product develops an unpleasant smell, becomes visibly waterlogged or shows mould, aerate it and allow it to dry; do not use severely affected material around sensitive plants.
