In brief

Prices: in euros incl. VAT, plus delivery costs as shown at checkout.
Payment: card/Apple Pay/Google Pay via Stripe, or cash on pickup/courier delivery.
Delivery: own courier in Vienna (1–2 working days) and up to 25 km; Austrian Post for durable items; free pickup in 1170 Vienna. Fresh flowers and living plants are never posted. Reserved goods are held for 3 working days.
Grave care: provided exclusively at Dornbach, Hernals and Baumgarten cemeteries; packages do not renew automatically.
Right of withdrawal: consumers may withdraw within 14 days (Austrian FAGG) — except for perishable goods (fresh-cut flowers, bouquets, wreaths) and custom-made items (personalised ribbons, bespoke bridal bouquets). Details in the German Widerrufsbelehrung.
Warranty: statutory Austrian warranty law applies. Living plants are natural products; damage caused by improper care after handover is not a defect.
Law & venue: Austrian law, excluding the UN Sales Convention; mandatory consumer protections of your home country remain unaffected.
